Looking at the transport I can see the DVD being picked up, something tries to spin it, I can hear the servo motor spinning but the disc doesn't spin at all.

Before applying a registry patch, even from a known site, I'd like to know that this is actually supposed to fix *this* problem with H&S and not some other problem, and I'd fee better with some explanation of what caused the problem so I don't do it agan. If there's html causing the message not to be visible in the internal viewer, that's obviously not the case though. You do mean that the "view source" option is inactive as opposed to just not working, don't you? "View source" is broken in 6.0. It doesn't work with the internal viewer in the preview pane.
